Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping and delivery are arranged only after an order or commercial request has been accepted through an authorised channel. Availability, charges, permitted destination, handling requirements, and estimated delivery time are confirmed separately.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Any dispatch or delivery date is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Delivery may be affected by product availability, destination, weather, transport disruption, regulatory checks, holidays, or events beyond reasonable control.

Delivery details

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact person, phone number, and any licences or documents required for the transaction. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Receipt and inspection

Check the shipment, packaging, quantity, batch information, and visible condition at delivery. Report visible damage, shortages, or incorrect products promptly and retain the packaging and supporting evidence for assessment.
