Return & Refund Policy

This website is primarily an information and enquiry website. Orders, prices, eligibility, payment, return, and refund terms are confirmed separately through an invoice, quotation, agreement, or authorised sales channel.

Return requests

Contact us promptly if products are received damaged, incorrect, expired, or materially different from the confirmed order. Provide the invoice or order reference, photographs, batch details, quantity affected, and a description of the issue.

Product safety

For health, quality, and regulatory reasons, medicinal and healthcare products may not be eligible for return after dispatch or delivery if they have been opened, used, improperly stored, tampered with, or cannot be verified as having remained within required storage conditions. Do not send products back without written return authorisation.

Inspection, replacement, and refund

Approved returns may be inspected before a replacement, credit note, or refund is issued. The available resolution depends on the product condition, applicable law, and the commercial terms agreed for the order. Approved refunds are processed using the agreed payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Non-returnable circumstances

Returns may be declined for change of mind, ordering errors not attributable to us, opened or damaged packaging, missing proof of purchase, improper storage, or requests made outside the applicable agreed period, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
