Cancellation Policy

Website enquiries can be withdrawn by contacting us. An enquiry alone does not create a confirmed order.

Confirmed orders

To request cancellation of a confirmed order, contact us immediately with the order or invoice reference. A cancellation is effective only after written confirmation from SRIPPL.

After processing or dispatch

An order may not be cancellable after procurement, manufacturing, customisation, packing, regulatory processing, or dispatch has begun. Any permitted return after dispatch is handled under the Return & Refund Policy and the agreed commercial terms.

Charges and refunds

Reasonable costs already incurred, including special procurement, packing, payment processing, or logistics costs, may be deducted where permitted by the agreed terms and applicable law.
